Zoom Notes

Before a meeting, you can use Notes to create agendas and share them with your guests in advance of a meeting.
When the meeting begins, you can easily access Notes straight from your in-meeting navigation bar to either select a pre-existing note or create a new note.

While notes are private until shared with others, you can initiate a sharing session so you and your meeting guests can collaborate together in a note during the call.
Your guests will receive a notification inviting them to join the note and collaborate with you. They can choose to join the share session or take notes of their own.
Guests can easily see the shared note at the top of their Notes listing page and join in the collaborative session at any time during the meeting.
You can choose to grant access to the note during the meeting only or have access persist after the meeting is over.

After the meeting, you can manage your notes, and notes shared by others, within the Notes dashboard, which is easily accessible from Zoom’s main navigation bar. The Notes dashboard offers a variety of ways to sort, filter, and search through your notes so you can easily find what you need.

Notes is free to all Zoom users to facilitate more collaboration and communication to help any organization thrive and work better together.
The initial release of Notes for Zoom supports the Zoom desktop and web clients, and will be optimized for mobile after the initial release.
